"Members First" Campaign

USAA is built around service to it's members. But many members don't take full advantage of their membership. So, to educate current banking customers on other product offerings, we featured member testimonials from social media on ATM receipts. 

Many civilians don't realize they may qualify for USAA membership through family. To build awareness, we featured civilian member recipes on Instagram stories, highlighting that USAA membership means you're joining a family.
