Volvo S60 ‘Letters’
The 2019 S60 was the first Volvo to be built at the new South Carolina factory. So we gave employees the chance to write letters to future buyers of the all-new S60. The letters were placed inside S60 glove boxes as the cars rolled off the assembly line. These personal notes gave employees a way to express their pride – and connect firsthand with new Volvo S60 owners.
